Established operations in 2009 in a storefront building on Woodbridge Street. We began with a family & community outreach center to address the social ills of homelessness, to target & serve the homeless living in campsites spread across the county. The Center, a one-stop, central entry point, with an integrated approach to help all navigate through the maze of community doors & access every possible service to become self-sufficient. Our mission has expanded to offer recovery assistance to all those impacted by COVID-19 across the county,. We are here to serve!
